  1. aGrade nomination: First letter = Grading according to Ok. Second letter = Grading according to error. Third letter = Grading according to difference between the two assessments. Grades are defined according to ranking of all clinics. OK: Best to have a high number of OK = Grade AAA, and worst to have a low number of OK = Grade EEE. A: top 10% of the entire group; B: 11–25%; C: 26–50%; D: 51–75%; E: bottom 76–100%. Error + differences: Best to have a low number of Errors and/or Differences between x-ray series (homogenizes). Scale now reversed. Grade A: bottom 10% etc.
