I am intrigued where the author got the idea that Chiropractic had "just a musculoskeletal role" (in the conclusion). If you look at Chiropractic's history this did not occur until the advent of health insurance codes when the Chiropractor could only get insurance payouts for treatments of conditions listed in the codes. This is certainly not the origins of Chiropractic philosophy.
